Apartment Treatment Program
Kelly Tripodi, Director of Program Operations ATP, who is also a Licensed Social Worker leads a staff of approximately 15 composed of full time and part-time case coordinators who provide the appropriate services to the clients enrolled in the programs within this type of setting.
ATP is a program where the progression of the residents is the focus. Apartment Treatment programs are designed to be transitional and the operations are licensed by the New York State Office of Mental Health. These programs provide support and skills training to individuals in an apartment type setting. Using an individualized assessment and service planning process, residents develop meaningful goals, make progress towards their personal recovery, gain skills and independence, learn to use community resources and develop key community supports.
Staff have the skills and experience necessary to help residents address physical and emotional needs, participate in therapeutic programs, assist with educational and employment opportunities, and acquire the skills necessary for individual growth and self-sufficiency. Staff visit the clients on a regular basis per week and as required by regulations.
