Position: Secretary/Receptionist

Program:
Duties:
- Provides general secretarial functions for administrative staff.
- Has Direct Interaction with walk-in consumers
- File all correspondence as necessary.
- Answers phones and directs voice mail.
- Opens and copies (as necessary) mail and ensures it is properly distributed.
- Distributes office supplies if necessary.
- Accepts and follows through on all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma. Two year degree desirable.
- At least two to three years of secretarial and computer experience.
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Critical thinking and sound judgment skills are necessary.
Requirements:
Valid Drivers License and available car
Submits to Fingerprinting/Criminal background verification, as well as TB Testing
